By accessing or using FineFighters (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FineFighters provides a template generation service to help you create appeal letters for Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). The Service generates documents based on information you provide. The fee is £2.99 per appeal letter.

This is a one-time service - each purchase generates a single appeal letter for a specific PCN. No account or registration is required to use the Service.

3. Not Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: The Service provides template letters only. We are not solicitors or legal professionals. The generated letters are not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and customising the letter before submission. We recommend seeking professional legal advice for complex cases.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee that your appeal will be successful. The outcome of any PCN appeal depends on factors outside our control, including the merits of your case, the council's policies, and the independent adjudicator's decision.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • All fees are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not available once the letter has been generated
  • If you experience technical issues preventing letter generation, contact us for assistance

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Review the generated letter before submission
  • Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Not submit false or misleading PCN details

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including templates, software, and content, is owned by FineFighters and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal information and the specific content of your appeal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fee you paid for the Service
  • We are not liable for the outcome of your PCN appeal

9. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% availability. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates. We will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
